My friend Angie and I went for lunch today to use some coupons the owner dropped off at our office. So yummy AND a free soft serve ice cream cone!

Hadn’t ordered from this location before, did curb side pick up and when moment I get there I call so I can let them know I’ve arrived.They don’t answer. After the app telling the order was ready, I still had to wait over 30mins. T all staff wore no gloves throughout the entire time they were packing the food. Specially during this entire cov-19 pandemic you would think they would be more cautious. My corn bread was packed loosely in the bag with everything else.I get home and the corn bread is all over my order which made a huge mess.Try the other location instead. On top of all that i got food poisoning.Never again I’ll rather go to a mom and pop bbq shop. Truly disappointed 😔

Took my husband there today for an early Father's Day dinner, what a disappointment! My tacos had obviously been sitting in a warmer for hours, they were dry and had nothing on them but chicken (dry) and cheese. Our grandsons' grilled cheese was dry and unappetizing, he said it "tasted bad". It was dried out and he only ate half of it. None of our food looked good, my tacos were extremely small and had absolutely no extras (lettuce, tomatoes or any kind of garnish).My husband (who loves barbecue) ordered ribs that were dry and tough. We had to ask where utensils and cold drinks were located. We were looking forward to some finger licking barbecue - instead we will never go back to Dickys.

My grandparents taught me if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all, so I leave you with this advice, you'd be better off going anywhere else to eat in Rancho Cucamonga and this owner doesn't deserve any of your money. Not to mention, I know for a fact he doesn't use the smokers on the bbq pits, so you will not get wood smoked barbecue here as promised, AND required of him by his Corporate chain, And beware when he posts "lunch specials" as he reduces the weight of the meat in them according to the price - you're getting a smaller sandwich or meat plate than normal for a cheaper price, no deal or bargain, just him getting over on you for a sale.

It was very hot in the restaurant. The A/C wasn't on, and we were the only ones in the restaurant at lunchtime on a Sunday. I got a chicken sandwich, and the meat was overcooked and very dry.

My first time here... I was not disappointed... very good . Location is great.. Beef brisket with potato casserole and macaroni and cheese was divine.... my parents order....also awesome... we will be returning..

Had a great dinner with John.The food is always great here, restrooms are clean but tables could be cleaner.Staff very nice and restaurant not crowded at all.I love the free self service ice cream cones after you finish your meal and spicy bbq sauce, yumm! Of course my meal was even better being shared with someone so special to me.👫

Our family loves Dickey's, however we have always been disappointed with this particular location. On our most recent visit it was very warm inside. The air was not not on and it was very stuffy. There was only one person working the register and doing the cooking. So when we first came in there was no one to take our order. She was very polite and professional and our order was accurate but I would think there should be a separate person collecting money and preparing food.

Sauces were stone cold. I come in often and would now be surprised if the ice cream machine works. Then they close off most of the seating area and the tables that are available are dirty and sticky. I like Dickey's, but I think this is the last time I will come here.

Best place to get your quick BBQ fix! My friend and I split the 1 pound meal that comes with 2 big sides and 4 rolls. We chose the beef brisket. Best value in my opinion. We ALMOST finish it! The guy told us 2 guys won't be able to finish it since it's meant for 4 people lol we tried! The Mac and cheese was good and so was their potato salad. Dining area was spacious. We got our food within 5 minutes of ordering so that was great for a BBQ joint.

Google had to ask... So here goesI went into Dickey's today on my lunch break and ordered to go. I did not notice that there was plastic wrapped around the chicken I ordered because I put bbq sauce on it. I mean the plastic looked like chicken skin with the bbq sauce on it. I called the store 5 times. And the 5th time was when someone answered. They guy that answered asked me what do you want me to do about it? I said excuse me, if I would of choked on the plastic then what? He said hold on the owner is right here. The owner was nice and offered to replace my order or refund me. And he explained that the cooks are supposed to check and remove the plastic prior to serving it as they keep the meat warm in the plastic. I work for a well known company in the area and he was concerned about it because he caters for my company... Just not ok that this even happened.

Good food and great service. We had the special and 4 of us ate and brought home food for about $32. The gentleman behind the counter made sure we were happy. Would definitely eat there again.

Apparently catering orders are more important than in-store customers. Tea and Ice cream were reserved for catering customers. Then we tried to order the all you can eat Sunday brunch but you have to eat the sides and show them your empty plate to get more meat as if I went to a BBQ for side dishes. It was very hot in there. We stood at the register for 10 minutes with no one else there just to find this out. Never coming here again.

I just order using door dash. The delivery was amazingly quick, only problem, my order was not correct and there was no way for me to rate that on the door dash page. I was a little bummed but oh well.

Went there today, ordered two brisket meals and large baked potato. As we walked out, a couple was walking in with two bags, they looked upset, they told me that the food was no good and we should check ours before leaving. Well, we didn't and went home. Everything was great except the baked potato. It was dried out and burned. I've never had a issue with Dicky's food until today. My wife and I are planning a baby shower next month, probably going with Juan polio, or Tacos Los Jalapeno's for catering... Wish I could post a picture of the baked potato for everyone to see...

They decided to close as I walked in 4 hrs before there closing time with the open sing still on.

So little for so much...prices are way to high for the amount of food you actually get.If you dont believe me now,youll believe me when you leave dickies BBQ.

I have visited this place four times.opening dayFood was great. Second time ate in food was a bit dry. Third time had brisket sandwich was very dry tasted lousy. Went in tonight had same order told the preparer about previous time I do not want dry meat. No problem he says what do I get Very Dry worse than the third time. I got impression he could have cared less about what I had to say. I ended up feeding it to the dog. Spend 10 bucks for a sandwich there won’t be a fifth time at this place. Try another food item the brisket is not that great very dry meat from them.

Got to love places that say they are open till 9pm and close before 8:30. It must be something with the chain. You will never get another nickle from me. Do not waste your time with these places, they do not want your business!

Food is great. I forgot my wallet and wanted to pay with my phone using Samsung pay.The cashier had no clue what that was and was freaking out!That was the only issue. It's not the first business this happens.Why is mobile pay/ Samsung or Apple so foreign to businesses?

I get to eat here a lot since I work nearby. I got to say the service is always good and they keep the place well organized all the time. Prices are reasonable and they serve generous portions.

I gave 4 stars for the good tasting bbq , but since they won’t answer the phone to resolve my issue I have to vent with a review . I went in today at 2:40 pm 4-16-20 to buy the family meal for $34.99 I added a half rack of ribs that I never received ( guess they forgot to put in the bag ) they charged me $67.82 don’t know why it was that much ? Can someone resolve this for me , I don’t like getting ripped off I work hard for my $$$.

Food is typically good but not always consistent. We like it enough to go a few times a month. Friendly employees.

I just got home from picking up an order from here. I ordered online and got a confirmation that they received the order and then that the order was ready. Arrived and they did not know about my order and waiting another 15 minutes for the order. Got home and was missing items from order. Small portion sizes on meats received and found plastic piece in food. Drive farther out to another Dickeys. Extremely disappointed, went and bought more food.

I had a great experience ! The BBQ ribs were tender and juicy. The pulled pork was seasoned perfectly. Angel made the experience even better with her recommendations and great customer service made us feel welcomed. We visited the other place down the road (FD) but the wait was 1hr and that worked great because we found Dickeys. We had the same amount of food without the over price of dining in the big chain restaurant. This restaurant is clean and they have FREE ice cones for everyone! Thanks Angel!

I was an employee of Dickey's for almost 2yrs (October 2016 to September 2018) if you remember me I am the one employee who traveled to England. Anyways….yes I will agree with 90% of the comments. The brisket was dry most of the time I had it, the ribs would be dry or burnt when I had them, the Mac n cheese had changed and lost its flavor. Really the only good meat would be the chicken. The cheddar sausage would be good when fresh. The pulled pork would be ok 50% of the time. Yes we did run out of certain meats especially at night. No this comment isn't to knock them down etc. I'm speaking from my own personal experience from working there as well as having the food too etc. I would still recommend people to come here, just don't order brisket or ribs....cause you never know how it's going to be.

Nasty!!!!! Do not eat here!!!!! Absolutely no flavor! The side dishes were bland also. The lemonade tasted like dish soap. A huge disappointment! The commercials look completely different from the restaurant. Go to Lucille's for real smoked meat!!! I mean, run to Lucille's for great brisket!Run, for awesome customer service! Do not waste your hard earned money at Dickey's!!!!!! Go to Lucille's!!!!!!!

They should get zero stars. They got my order completely wrong over charged me by $6.00 food was dry portions small and the manager i talked to knows nothing about customer service. Avoid this place it sucks

Kids eat free on sundays from there select kids menu. Not bad. I loved my food. Try the macn cheese.

I only gave this place one star. Because it wouldn't let me give it zero. I ordered, and paid on the app. Huge mistake. I ordered at 12:25pm. The app said my food would be ready at 12:45. I got there at 12:45, and the three people in front of me left after a 15 minute wait without service. The only reason they even looked at me was because I yelled to the back to please give me my money back so I can leave. They then tried to give me the order that they had walked around trying to find who ordered it. Not mine. Then they asked what I ordered, and they still got it wrong, but close enough because I had already wasted an hour on this. I didn't even bother to tell them that they were out of ice. A dry sandwich and warm iced tea.I hate myself for wasting $20 on this place. Horrible first experience.

The restaurant is fantastic and broad, the food was yummy and the prices were very affordable. fast, productive service and very amiable staff. Highly recommended.
